Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy Sleep Tight Baby Bedding is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping cost, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Backorder Policy
Occasionally there will be a back order of an item due to holiday season or just simple demand and supply. When this happens, the ship time is automatically changed to allow an extra 3 -8 weeks, depending on the size of the order. If additional shipping was not purchased, the order is held until all pieces of the order is in. When the order is completely in, the order will ship same day. The customer will always be notified of such instances, and if a refund is wanted, please see refund guidelines above. If multiple shipments are wanted, additional shipping may apply.
Shipping Policies
We normally ship all in stock items within 3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 2-3 business days; 5 business days to California) Any item that is "out of stock" will be back-ordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are back-ordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.

Damaged Goods Policy
Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded possibly, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Sleep Tight Baby Bedding or its manufacturers at no charge.
